About
Dani Navarro is a transgender illustrator with a BFA in Illustration from the University of East Carolina. He currently lives in Chapel Hill, NC where he grew up around the bustling University of North Carolina campus as a third-culture kid. His work is inspired by this upbringing, taking note and being influenced by a wide array of cultures, identities, and walks of life. He focuses on the humanity that is found at the center of everything we do and considers himself a citizen of the world.
Dani works digitally, using a wide variety of programs from Procreate to InDesign. He has worked for multiple clients locally and abroad and sells his art at events and online in the form of commissions. By day, Dani is a barista at a local boba shop. By night he works as a graphic design intern for Positive Masculinity now, a nonprofit in LGBTQ rights.
